This award recognizes large organizations with more than 100 employees that demonstrate long-term, sustained community impact. The focus is on businesses that cultivate an authentic culture of philanthropy through financial support, volunteerism, and leadership. Founded in 1976, The Group has grown into Northern Colorado’s top-producing real estate company with more than 260 employee-owners. Through GroupGives, the vehicle for The Group’s charitable impact, the company has granted more than $1 million to over 60 nonprofit organizations. These contributions have supported vital initiatives focused on housing stability, youth programs, education, community safety, and overall well-being.
